Orders of £50 or more, placed before 4pm Mon-Thurs and
3pm on Fridays, will be delivered carriage free the next
working day.
†Orders under £50 are subject to a £5 carriage charge. Orders received before 3.00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
A premium delivery service is available on request to ensure arrival before 10am on weekdays.
98% of orders placed by 4pm are delivered next working day through our nationwide logistics network.

EFFICIENT PROCESSING
When placing your order please include (if you can) your account number, order number, the product name and code, quantity required, price and a contract number (where applicable). Including this information will help us to ensure that your order is handled as efficiently as possible.
PREFER TO COLLECT?
Collection can be arranged from our depot between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, and between 9am and 3pm Friday. You can confirm your preferred collection time when ordering. Please check your order carefully on collection and inform us of damaged, missing or incorrect items immediately so that we can rectify any problems promptly.

Should any part prove faulty, simply return it to us with proof of purchase and we will send you the replacement part free of charge.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Any product that has not been fitted in a private dwelling located in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland will be subject to our Commercial Warranty of 12 months parts and labour, as set out in Condition 8 of Methven’s Terms and Conditions of sale.
